The app has been developed by our senior management team, utilising our experiences of requiring support services and incorporating feedback from some of the UK’S top OEM’S and tiered suppliers, we identified several key issues, such as interpreting manually inputted data captured on paper, the time to do so, and the information that was captured. We decided to bring quality solutions into the 21st century resulting in freeing up our clients on average 16 hours of Management time per week, of inputting data, speeding up problem resolution, and improving quality outputs.

This is an industry 4.0 data gathering application, which is fully compliant with the ISO standards 9001/14001 and 45001. From early feedback, this service has had positive responses regarding time efficiency, functionality and supporting corrective actions.
