What does Infinite Brilliance do?

We are, Lean practitioners, who work directly with businesses to help them reduce costs, eliminate waste, improve productivity, and make a significant increase in your profit. Our services are focused on safety quality cost and delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

We want to help businesses and your people become better by disseminating the Lean methodology. Our goal is to help others to gain the knowledge and confidence to be able to apply the Lean tools, successfully. At infinite Brilliance we want businesses to grow as Lean thinking organisations, so they are successful and sustainable with our on-going support as and if required.

By guiding and encouraging your people to identify improvement opportunities and we empower them to take ownership to drive and implement the changes with senior management support.

Together we will identify the appropriate actions and support your implementation. All solutions will be tested to ensure they are working, which supports sustainable long-term improvements and customer satisfaction.

We work across a range of sectors, including manufacturing and engineering, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, nuclear and oil and gas organisations, from SMEs to multi-national corporations.

Do you have growth plans for the future?

Establish a network of customers in the region who can enjoy the quantifiable benefits gained from our Lean services, focusing on safety, quality, cost and delivery.
