Industrial Workwear are creating 5 new jobs in their Consett based head office, after what has been described as the most challenging, rewarding, and eye-opening year of the companies 20-year history.

The new roles will be split across the business from operational support to customer facing roles, we’re aiming to fulfil the roles of junior account manager, sales advisor, stores manager and two operation apprenticeships by early January 2021. We’d encourage anyone within the vicinity of head office to apply if they want to work for a forward facing company, witnessing huge and sustainable growth:https://www.industrialworkwear.com/careers/

What has made Industrial Workwear so successful over the last year has been down to its new agile way of working? Running one of the leanest workwear companies in the UK, this provides huge cost saving to our customer base, we can usually provide the same exact workwear, with better workmanship for a fraction of the price they currently pay. Also we don’t have a revolving door when it comes to staff retention; our operations staff have between 10-15 years’ experience each, this experience watches over every order in our factory, most other companies are lucky to have machinists last the probation period!

The business has adopted full AI/SMART automation for order fulfilment, works planning and processing; this eliminates human error, gives definitive times of delivery and also creates a fail-safe system, which prevents customers being left in the lurch. Combine this with our staff working tirelessly around the clock to support our customers and you’ve got the recipe why customers in their droves are leaving their current provider and joining Industrial Workwear.
